The following shipping policy outlines how we handle the shipping of orders, whether fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners or managed directly by our team. Order Processing •Print-on-Demand Products: Orders that include products fulfilled by Printful or Printify are typically processed within 2-7 business days. Once processed, the order will be shipped according to the selected shipping method. •In-House Products: Orders fulfilled directly by our team are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to high order volumes. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer various shipping options, which are determined by the destination and the product’s fulfillment method: •Standard Shipping: Most orders shipped within the U.S. typically take 3-7 business days for delivery after processing. International orders may take 10-20 business days, depending on the destination. •Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times range from 2-5 business days after processing for U.S. orders and 5-10 business days for international orders. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by external factors such as customs processing, holidays, and carrier delays. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and the total weight/size of your order. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. •Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions for specific products or orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold. Check our website or promotional emails for details on current offers. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website. We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue promptly. •Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Return & Exchange Policy

At Shop Cloud Land Entertainment, the official online store of Cloud Land Entertainment, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our varied product offerings, different guidelines apply to returns and exchanges depending on the fulfillment method. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions: •Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. For products fulfilled by Printful or Printify, we will work with our partners to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or a refund. For other items, our team will handle the issue directly. •Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong item or your order was incorrectly fulfilled, please notify us within 30 days. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you. •Sizing Issues: Returns or exchanges for sizing issues are generally not accepted unless there was an error on our part. If you believe you received a size different from what was ordered, please contact us within 30 days. Return & Exchange Timeframes •For Non-Print-on-Demand Products: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. •For Print-on-Demand Products: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Refunds •Refunds for Defective or Damaged Items: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. For products fulfilled by Printful or Printify, refunds will be processed by our partners. For other items, our team will handle the refund directly. •Refunds for Incorrect Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. •Refunds for Other Returns: Refunds for returns due to other eligible reasons will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange 1.Contact Us: Email us at support@shopcloudlandentertainment.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product if applicable. 2.Review: Our team will review your request within 3 business days. If eligible, we will guide you through the next steps. 3.Processing: Once approved, we will coordinate with the relevant fulfillment team (either our print-on-demand partners or our in-house team) to process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for the process to be completed. Shipping times for replacements will vary depending on the destination. Important Notes •Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, returns and exchanges for reasons other than defects or incorrect fulfillment are not accepted. •Shipping Costs: In cases where the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover the shipping costs. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. •Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, gift cards, and clearance or final sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
